Midway Games Inc. is a leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software. Midway videogames are available for play on all major videogame platforms including PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube and Game Boy Advance.
Software Highlights from Credited Titles
Midway's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1994 title, "NBA Jam" (Game Gear).
The company has been involved titles released on the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, PC, Power Mac, PSP, DS, GameCube, GBA, PlayStation, Xbox, Game Boy Color, Arcade, Dreamcast, N64, Game Boy, Saturn, Sega Megadrive, SNES, Game Gear and NES. Of these, "Midway Arcade Treasures Extended Play" (PSP), "Mortal Kombat: Deception" (Xbox), "Mortal Kombat: Deception" (PS2), "Ready 2 Rumble Boxing" (Dreamcast), "TNA iMPACT! Total Nonstop Action Wrestling" (PS2) has been a best selling title.
The company is currently involved with the forthcoming 2009 release "Wheelman" (Xbox 360).
